Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 states across the United States. At this time, we’re not able to ship outside the US.

Free Shipping, No Catches

Every order ships completely free, with no extra fees, no hidden charges, and no surprises added at checkout. What you see is what you pay.

Handling Time

Once you place your order, we usually get it packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. This doesn’t include weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order leaves us, it typically takes 3-4 business days to reach you, depending on where you’re located.

So from the moment you order to the moment it’s on your doorstep, you’re generally looking at around 4-6 business days in total.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email us straight away at info@retagthrift.store and we’ll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, get in touch with your order number and we’ll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
